Chip Arnould is director, gas distribution business. Arnould leads all aspects of delivering safe, reliable and affordable natural gas to Entergy's more than 200,000 natural gas customers in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas. He also oversees employees responsible for the construction, engineering, operation and maintenance of gas system in Louisiana.

Arnould's career at Entergy spans more than two decades. During that time, he has held several leadership positions, including time supporting customer service and industrial accounts. In his most recent role as senior distributions operations manager, he oversaw reliability initiatives related to the distribution system in Louisiana and played a significant role in the company's storm response efforts following hurricanes Laura and Ida.

Arnould holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a Master of Business Administration from LSU.
